MTC4S
The MTC4S thermocouple temperature sensor is fitted with a sapphire protective tube. Sapphire offers excellent hot strength, however the tube cannot be subjected to thermal shocks. The sensor is fitted with a precious metal thermocouple of type S.
The sensor consists of a head, a holding pipe, a sapphire tube and a capillary in which one thermocouple can be installed.
The sensor can be fitted with a temperature converter or with a PR mounting flange.
